Stylish rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television in the bedroom. Amazing and favourable location in Siena, near to the historical centre and major attractions and Siena like many Italian cities. Quick check in and late check out.

Favourable location just off main sites, and the historic center. Spotless & bright room with a balcony.

The location was very convenient, allowing us to walk to major attractions within a short time. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which was a highlight for us in the mornings. Although the air conditioning was turned off during our stay, we were moved to a room where we could open the window, which helped. We appreciated the effort of the front desk staff, especially Mario, who was welcoming and even provided treats for kids on Halloween.

A surprising muddy shower experience
The hotel has a charming historic feel, made our arrival exciting. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding sights.
The shower didn't drain properly, leaving us ankle-deep in water. The noise from the bus loop at night was also quite unbearable.

The location is excellent but there was a
Bit of confusion with the parking situation. We were told there was limited space, yet found a free parking area nearby.

Good location.
Really very unfriendly personnel. Small and old-fashioned room. Rather expensive. Not to be recommended.

The location is great, right on major bus routes, close enough to the train station, easy and pleasant pedestrian access to Siena's main attractions, comfortable sleeping and bathroom areas with generous storage areas.
No greeting on entering lobby, possibly because the reception desk is at the end of a deep lobby, but there is an impersonal air about the hotel. Whereas the artwork in my room was pleasant, I found the artwork in public areas crude, boring. Decent artwork in these areas would upgrade the aesthetic experience of the hotel greatly.

Very clean rooms, caring and friendly stuff. Also, the hotel has recently renewed the furniture and refurbished the rooms. It's above the average of the italian standard of hotel rooms.
The air conditioning in the room offered no possibility to be switched off (outside there were only 26 degrees), so we felt permanently cold in the room

The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the modern design made it nice to relax in after a day of exploring. I enjoyed a gym session since the hotel has a well-equipped fitness center, perfect for keeping up my routine.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and well situated for the bus station and numerous restaurants, shops and cultural locations. Breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean.
One of the receptionists was not very helpful (but the others were). A proper shower cubicle would have been better than an over-bath shower.

The double room we stayed in was bright for the rooms' balcony. The breakfast was delicious and great with specially baked products and good coffee, as for instance and the restaurant food was delicious. Its awesome, very central location was a plus.
